Chemistry. Auburn University: 1973 - 1977. Veterinary Degree.

Professional interests: I am intriqued by preventative
care. What do we know and what can we do to extend our own and our
animal companions’ “health span”? How can we prolong the onset of
debilitating disease that diminishs life quality?
Hobbies: Backpacking, Exercise and Nutrition. Preparing and eating
good foods!! Reading or listening to audiobooks on my Ipod nano.

Other Interests: I have constructed a “pet proof”
backyard so Jager and the cats can go in and out at will. They love
it!! I am currently experimenting with home cooking
for Jager. The receipe has ground beef,ground turkey,green beans,carrots,cottage
cheese,and rice. I then add some olive oil,fish oil or flaxseed
oil and a vitamin mineral supplement. He is currently eating better
than me!!
