Life Stages
Puppy/Kitten: Exam every 3 weeks until 16 weeks of age                
Adult: Yearly exam
Senior: Exams at least twice a year. May need every 3 months if disease is present.

Immunizations
• Rabies: 1 yr for puppies/kittens, 3 yr for adults & seniors
• Distemper/Parvo combinations: every 3 weeks for puppies, revaccinate at 1 yr of age, then every 3 years.
• Bordetella: every 6 months
• Lyme/Lepto: Yearly, if life style puts your dog at risk
• Feline Upper Respiratory: every 3 wks for kittens, revaccinate at 1 yr of age then every 3 years.
• Feline Leukemia: every 3 weeks for kittens, revaccinate at 1 yr of age then every year for Indoor/Outdoor and Outdoor only cats.

Reproduction
Neuter or spay at 4-6 months of age

Blood Tests and Urine Tests
• Pre-anesthetic screening before any surgery or dental
• Wellness Screening once a year
• Drug Monitoring every 6 months
• Heartworm test annually
• Felv/FIV test as kittens, then annual for OUT SIDE CATS
• Urinalysis yearly after age 7

Intestinal Parasite Screenings
• Puppies/Kittens every 3 weeks until 4 months of age
• Dogs/Cats yearly, recommended twice a year if children, elderly or immuno-compromised patients are in household

Heart Function Tests
• Annual Blood pressure screen on cats after age 7
• Annual EKG after age 7
• Annual Chest radiograph after age 7

Eye Disease Tests
• Annual Glaucoma test on certain breeds of dogs
• Annual Schrimer Tear test on certain breeds of dogs
