Life Stages
Puppy/Kitten: Exam every 3 weeksAdult: Exam twice a year
Senior: Exam at least twice a year or every 3 months if disease is present.

Immunizations
• Rabies: 1 yr for puppies/kittens, 3 yr for adults & seniors
• Distemper/Parvo combinations: every 3 weeks for puppies, revaccinate at 1 yr of age, then every 3 years.
• Bordetella: every 6 months
• Lyme/Lepto: Yearly, if life style puts your dog at risk
• Feline Upper Respiratory: every 3 wks for kittens, revaccinate at 1 yr of age then every 3 years.
• Feline Leukemia: every 3 weeks for kittens, revaccinate at 1 yr of age then every 3 yrs for indoor ONLY cats or yearly for indoor/outdoor and outdoor only cats.

Blood Tests and Urine Tests
• Pre-anethesic scrrening before any surgery or dental
• Wellness Screening once a year (on half year vist)

• Felv/FIV test as kittens, then annual for OUT SIDE CATS
• Urinalysis yearly

Intestinal Parasite Screenings
• Puppies/Kittens every 3 weeks until 4 months of age
